Judges and Stewards Registration:

Registration Deadline: All judges and stewards must register before the registration close date and time. Please ensure your details are up-to-date.
Judging Venue: To Be Confirmed (TBC). Location details will be communicated closer to the event.

Judging Date & Time: Judging will take place on 24/05/2025, starting promptly at 9:00 AM. Please arrive early to sign in and prepare.

Accommodation:

If you require accommodation, please contact competition staff as early as possible so we can assist with arrangements.

Volunteer Roles:

Judges: Responsible for evaluating entries based on established criteria. Experience in judging homebrew competitions is preferred, but not mandatory. Training can be provided if requested and necessary. Please contact Euroclash staff if you would like to arrange this here

Stewards: Assist judges by managing entries, ensuring smooth operations, and handling paperwork. This role is crucial for maintaining the competition’s flow.

Support Staff: Help with setup, breakdown, and general event logistics. A great opportunity if you want to be involved but aren't ready to judge or steward.
